Pastor Rich is a native of Albion, New York and is dedicated to serving the community from
which he came. He served as an Elder and Pastoral Staff at Victory Christian Center Church in
Lockport, New York from 1992-2006.  

He is a graduate of the Buffalo School of the Bible, located at Full Gospel Tabernacle in
Orchard Park, New York,  which was started by Pastor Tommy Reid and later merged with Elim
Bible Institute in Lima, New York.    While attending Bible College, Pastor wrote in his journal
on February 10, 1990 that the Lord had spoken to him about starting a Church in Albion.

In 1995, Pastor Rich, was licensed and ordained through Faith Christian Fellowship
International in Tulsa Oklahoma.   FCF is the church licensing organization.

Pastor Rich and his wife Joan have four children and seven grandchildren and they reside in
Lockport, New York.  At the direction of the Lord, he and his wife started The Light of Victory
Church in Albion, New York on February 18, 2007.

Pastor Rich and Joan look forward to having you come and be a part of our celebration
services as we come together each week.  We would be happy to meet with you and share
the vision that the Lord has placed on our hearts.
